- workout 3-4 x a week

The point is, you don’t have to do all these TODAY
You may start with 1 thing, stick with it for a few weeks till it becomes something you can do regularly, then implement something else.
You will build momentum, then you’ll F up!
Then you pick yourself back up, move forwards and build on your ‘wins’ again.
This whole ‘lookin & feeling’ good game, it’s a journey, embrace it & enjoy it.
You’ll never finish the game, there’ll always be ‘more’.
